Financial Analyst

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting through data gathering, model updates, and validation against company objectives • Perform variance analysis and assist in identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities in financial results • Support process improvements and basic automation efforts to improve efficiency and data accuracy • Provide data-driven insights and performance tracking to inform business decision-making • Prepare recurring financial and management reports • Assist in maintaining and enhancing financial models used for performance evaluation and reporting • Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests for finance leadership and cross-functional partners • Continually monitor and evaluate processes and recurring deliverables to identify and reduce inefficiencies • Assist with basic automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort • Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including preparation of reporting materials and variance explanations

Job Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 1+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles
  • Prior experience in Consumer Products or Retail industry a plus
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and support resolution efforts
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support actionable insights
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based, and evolving environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present financial information
  • Proficient Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and basic financial modeling
  • Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, or similar financial systems preferred
