Role Description The Team Leader is the liaison between Project Management and Recruiters. They are responsible for overseeing recruiters’ day to day activity, providing answers to project & screener questions and works closely with the Recruiting Supervisor. They also help drive quality and production among the recruitment team. This is a fully remote role. - Oversees multiple Recruiters. - Monitor calls on a regular basis and provide performance feedback. - Ensures timely implementation of assigned projects. - Review Call Center Production daily to ensure team members are meeting goals. - Monitor recruitment throughout the day to ensure recruiters have tools needed to be successful and productive. - Maintain strong communication with both Recruiting Manager and Recruiting Supervisor around active projects. - Provide performance feedback as necessary. - Able to effectively brief recruiters on studies. - Have a full understanding of TriVoca’s Qualitative Operational systems. - Have a full understanding of the project process and how recruiting impacts a project. - Monitor Teams Channels and review quotas for sample support. - Daily report management to provide resources for rescreening. Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent - 6 months-1 year experience in a call center/customer service environment - 1-3 years hospitality or management experience a plus - Microsoft Office/Computer Literate Requirements - Full-Time - Remote - Pay Range: $17-20/hr, depending on experience Benefits - PTO - Health benefits - 401k with employer match

Position summary The Talent Acquisition (TA) Sourcer is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for the organization. This role focuses on developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. The Talent Acquisition Sourcer collaborates with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and proactively identify potential candidates through various channels, all in support of Nava’s culture and mission. What you'll do - Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop creative strategies for engaging passive talent across multiple engineering role types. - Partner with recruiters and recruiting leaders to help develop an overall sourcing strategy. - Strategize on building pipelines of qualified candidates from a variety of sources, including accessing pools of talent from historically underrepresented groups in the tech industry. - Research markets, companies, teams and role types to help drive and build a consistent pipeline of candidates who are qualified for currently available and upcoming roles. - Identify and engage candidates and monitor throughout the recruitment process. - Understand how to best use qualitative and quantitative data to influence hiring and recruitment strategies and continuously improve overall effectiveness of the recruitment process, as well as improving candidate experience. Required skills - 1-3+ years previous sourcing or full desk recruiting experience - Previous experience sourcing active and passive candidates primarily via LinkedIn.
