QualificationsGeneral Position Summary The Strategic Accounts Sales Manager is responsible for leading and expanding sales initiatives within designated strategic market segments. This role involves building and nurturing strong client relationships, identifying customer-specific needs, and delivering tailored solutions to drive growth and customer satisfaction. The position collaborates closely with the Director of Strategic Accounts Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure account success. Key performance indicators include: Travel and client engagement planning Sales pipeline development and opportunity creation Industry event participation Timely task execution and follow-up Success is measured by achievement of annual revenue and booking targets, effective expense and margin management, and sustained customer satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Develop and execute strategic business plans and annual account plans. • Own and manage key strategic accounts, ensuring revenue targets and market share goals are achieved. • Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, dealers, and internal/external sales partners. • Provide market and customer feedback to Sales and Product Management to support product and pricing strategies. • Collaborate with Marketing to inform strategic plans for targeted segments. • Assist with order processing, credit/collections, and ensure timely fulfillment. • Coordinate with internal departments (Technical Service, Logistics, Sales Ops, Credit, etc.) to meet customer expectations. • Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events. • Engage in thought leadership activities including public speaking, social media engagement, and channel partnerships. • Monitor market and competitor trends to inform product and channel strategies. • Contribute to accurate sales forecasting and reporting. Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry. • Experience working with direct and dealer sales teams. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM. • Trade show and industry event experience preferred. • Must hold a valid driver's license and current insurance coverage.
