The Territory Rental Manager is responsible for achieving divisional rental sales objectives through the Rental Direct and Manufacturer Representative network within an assigned territory. This role drives growth across Construction, Landscape, and related industries by executing rental‑focused sales strategies, developing Manufacturer Representative capabilities, and ensuring consistent implementation of Toro sales, marketing, and cultural initiatives. The position plays a critical role in expanding rental channel performance, improving market penetration, and supporting long‑term divisional profitability. Territory includes US North East, Upper Midwest, potentially Mid-Atlantic and Canada. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Rental Channel Sales Leadership - Achieve annual and quarterly rental sales objectives aligned with divisional financial goals. - Develop, manage, and review sales forecasts by product group and rental customer type within the assigned territory. - Conduct quarterly business reviews with the National Sales Manager to assess performance, trends, and growth opportunities. - Partner with Manufacturer Representatives to create and execute annual rental sales plans, including customer development, new market expansion, and channel program initiatives.
