Role Description Tutor- Remote Employment Type: Part-Time Delivery Model: Live, Synchronous Virtual Instruction How you’ll be there for students: - Be their advocate, difference maker, and mentor. - Provide live, online instructional services to K-12 students using Catapult Learning’s virtual classroom environment. - Deliver individualized instruction using Company-designed curriculum and instructional models while fostering student engagement, confidence, and academic growth. Responsibilities - Deliver live, synchronous instruction in a virtual classroom using prescribed instructional methods. - Build strong relationships with students through consistent communication and engagement. - Provide real-time feedback and support to promote academic progress. - Monitor and document student progress using online data and record-keeping systems. - Communicate with parents/guardians and school personnel regarding student performance. - Attend required virtual trainings, meetings, and coaching sessions. - Maintain accurate student records and comply with Company policies and procedures. - Perform other duties as assigned. In this pivotal role, you will be the chief architect of our learning ecosystem, owning the end-to-end strategy for onboarding, ongoing skill development, and the content infrastructure that powers our global go-to-market teams. As a core member of the Enablement leadership team, you will lead a high-performing group of instructional designers, platform specialists, and program managers. Your mission is to transform complex product and sales strategies into digestible, role-based learning experiences that drive measurable performance. You will ensure our "learning factory" is scalable, tech-enabled, and deeply aligned with our global business objectives. This position reports to the Vice President of Global GTM Enablement and will be a key partner in shaping the future of how our GTM talent grows and succeeds. What You’ll Do - Lead & Scale the Team: Manage and mentor a world-class team of Instructional Designers, LMS Admins, and Learning Specialists. Foster a culture of creativity, technical excellence, and data-driven design. - Own the Onboarding Journey & Certification Framework: Design and execute a global, role-based onboarding and certification strategy that reduces "time to productivity" for new hires across Sales, CS, and Marketing.
