Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in talent development, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or related fields.
  • Proven experience leading a team (including consistent management of 3+ direct reports).
  • Strong expertise in learning strategy, leadership development, performance enablement, and talent systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to design scalable programs that drive measurable behavior and capability shifts.
  • Experience with LMS platforms, LinkedIn Learning, and HR technologies (talent platforms, performance systems).
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder partnership skills.

In this pivotal role, you will be the chief architect of our learning ecosystem, owning the end-to-end strategy for onboarding, ongoing skill development, and the content infrastructure that powers our global go-to-market teams. As a core member of the Enablement leadership team, you will lead a high-performing group of instructional designers, platform specialists, and program managers. What You’ll Do - Lead & Scale the Team: Manage and mentor a world-class team of Instructional Designers, LMS Admins, and Learning Specialists.
