Overview We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Global Cyber and Information Security team. This role is pivotal in assisting with the implementation of security hardening and integration projects related to a large-scale acquisition. The Senior Project Manager will oversee InfoSec and Infrastructure projects, working cross-functionally with security and infrastructure teams to ensure project requirements are met.    How you'll make an impact - Plan, schedule, and ensure timely delivery of assigned projects.  - Manage project budget and financials, ensuring efficient resource allocation.  - Ensure project compliance with IT Policy and industry standards.  - Coordinate project communication and status reporting to stakeholders.  - Manage project work plan using Workfront, ensuring alignment with project goals.  - Responsible for creating or coordinating the creation of required project artifacts.  - Manage project repository in SharePoint, ensuring organized documentation.  - Interact closely with project stakeholders to understand and meet their needs. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. • Develop and manage project plans for CRM integration projects within HubSpot. • Involved in every aspect of the project, including discovery, implementation, UAT, change management, and integrations. • Manage project scope, assess requirements, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects. • Develop a project plan that meets stakeholder needs and delivers outcomes within budget. • Partner with Resource Managers for resource allocation and manage project documentation. • Monitor project progress and provide updates, ensuring alignment with client goals. • Analyze project performance, identify areas for improvement, and manage project risks.

• The Project Manager serves as the single point of leadership and accountability for the successful delivery of all Network Infrastructure Maintenance and Support Services to the Research Institute client. • Responsible for establishing a seamless partnership with the Client’s Project Leader, ensuring flawless execution of all contractual requirements, and proactively managing all aspects of service delivery to provide the best value and lowest risk to Client. • Drive the program's success by aligning team performance with the client's mission, guaranteeing compliance with all Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and delivering transparent, timely, and actionable reporting. • Act as the primary point of contact for the Client’s Project Leader, fostering a collaborative and transparent relationship. • Lead all client-facing meetings, including the initial Kickoff Meeting, Monthly Status Meetings, and Quarterly Business Reviews. • Manage contract performance subject to the technical direction of the Client Project Leader, ensuring all work remains within the defined scope and statement of work. • Oversee the entire deliverable lifecycle, from submission to formal written acceptance by Client, and manage the resolution process for any rejected deliverables. • Provide ultimate oversight for all service areas, including Network Monitoring and Maintenance, Technical Support, Cloud Connectivity, Disaster Recovery, and Documentation. • Rigorously monitor and report on SLA performance, including network uptime, incident response/resolution times, and help desk availability, ensuring all targets are met or exceeded. • Manage the team’s adherence to Client’s change management process for all maintenance and configuration changes. • Ensure the timely creation and delivery of all required reports, including Monthly Status Reports, SLA Performance Reports, Network Performance Reports, and Incident Response Reports. • Oversee the development and maintenance of the comprehensive Project Management Plan, Transition-In/Transition-Out Plans, and all network documentation and diagrams. • Serve as the final quality assurance checkpoint for all documentation to ensure it meets Client’s high standards. • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan consistent with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBK) framework. • Lead and direct the technical team, prioritizing activities, managing resources, and ensuring all personnel understand their roles and responsibilities. • Implement ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practices across all service delivery processes to ensure efficiency and quality.

• Provides leadership, organization, and coordination for key initiatives related to MedImpact’s program and product offerings • Creates, coordinates, and develops complete project plans and associated documentation • Leads multi-disciplinary project teams through various stages of the project lifecycle • Works in partnership with internal/external client counterparts, Implementation Management team, IT, Account Management, Operations, Health Services, etc. • Manages complex business projects across multiple programs including Medicare Part D and Medicaid programs • Reviews project proposals and plans to determine timing of deliverables, funding limitations, and resources allocation • Tracks projects and issues closely, fostering collaboration between business and technology groups.
