• Supporting day-to-day accounting and finance operations across billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general accounting • Ensuring reliable billing and cash collection processes • Supporting timely month-end close, and maintaining accurate financial records • Reviewing and preparing customer invoices, posting and reconciling cash receipts • Following up on overdue accounts, processing vendor invoices and expenses

• Consolidation of Global results with appropriate reviews of transfer pricing and intercompany transactions • Provide comprehensive financial updates to senior managers by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points • Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows. Improve workpaper documentation, support, and efficiency. • Technical Accountant adept in researching accounting issues and drafting technical memos related to various areas including ASC 805 Business Combinations and Asset Acquisitions, Debt, Equity and Warrants, Segment Reporting, Impairment, Foreign Currency • Oversee and support the accounting team with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivity

• Responsible for posting and analyzing cash entries. • Monitor bank accounts and daily processing. • Prepare invoices and monthly accounts receivable statements. • Record direct bill commission revenue payments. • Work with complex Excel spreadsheets to track and record royalties and revenues.

• Review all monthly close workpapers for compliance with GAAP and internal procedures as well as for quality, accuracy, and completeness. • Review audit workpapers for compliance with GAAP and internal policies and procedures • Develop and present training programs for internal and external stakeholders, including training qualifying for NASBA CPE certification • Track completeness and timeliness of reviews and compliance and report to the Manager, Technical Reviews & Training. • Develop reusable curriculum and provide in-house training • Maintain working knowledge of current GAAP and stay abreast of upcoming implementation of new standards. • Serve as the internal SME on technical accounting.
