Overview A growing technology team in well established (started in 1978) family run software company is seeking a Software Programmer with 3–5 years of professional development experience. This role focuses on enhancing an existing enterprise software platform, building new features, supporting credit‑card/transaction systems, and contributing to a collaborative Industrial Development team. I deal candidates bring hands‑on development experience in Java or C#, strong problem‑solving skills, and exposure to payment systems or financial applications. Key Responsibilities - Develop well‑structured, maintainable code following established standards. - Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and system testing. - Maintain and enhance existing applications; deliver customer‑driven feature updates. - Design and support software used for credit‑card processing and related financial workflows. - Ensure solutions meet compliance/security standards (PCI, data protection). - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in high‑volume, high‑availability systems. - Collaborate with testing, product, risk, operations, and compliance teams. - Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability. - Prepare documentation and testing instructions as needed.
