As a Lead Systems Engineer, you are an integral team member of our innovative Platform Team, contributing to this pivotal transformation in the B2B as well as in B2C spaces. The role of Lead Systems Engineer is to maintain high-quality technology solutions that deliver an exceptional customer experience. Working as an integral part of multiple product teams, this role requires close and continuous collaboration with fellow team members, including Lead Developers, Lead QA and Performance Team, Product Owners, and Business Analysts, to translate platform requirements, user stories, and functional requirements into technical requirements and needs, depending on area of expertise. This role also mentors and teaches junior System Engineers. The Lead Systems Engineer works across the organization to ensure the launch of quality products. This role provides guidance and oversight to ensure teams can successfully develop, test, and maintain quality for various eCommerce, Web-based, Client-Server applications, and other Systems Integrations. This role is a thought leader for the Quality team, especially in areas such as functional quality assurance and continuous delivery integration to deliver a quality software product in a cost-effective manner. Primary Responsibilities: - Work closely with multiple departments in the organization, focusing on company-wide initiatives as well as being the SME on multiple B2B and B2C applications. Oversee the creation, management, and execution of test plans and test cases or other relevant areas of expertise in Quality. Report to leadership on relevant statistics for area of expertise. Lead and guide offshore resources. - Oversee all aspects of area of expertise inside Quality, including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure goals are met. Lead all relevant aspects of all production releases, providing services and coordinating resources internally and externally. - Lead and mentor team members, as well as manage outside contract testers. - Lead processes and create additional utilities to optimize the test suite. - Work independently with multiple Scrum teams as well as on the multiple Projects. Major duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Utilizing clinical knowledge and judgment; conducts complex investigations and performs clinical documentation and evidentiary review of fraud, waste and abuse allegations into medical violations of AHCCCS specific policies and procedures as well as Arizona laws, Statutes, and Federal regulations relating to the AHCCCS programs and care systems. Collaborates with AHCCCS management at multiple levels and law enforcement regarding findings and recommended actions. • Conduct interviews, participating in surveillance operations, secure evidence, writing complex comprehensive reports, and data analysis. Manage and monitor caseload and timeliness, document actions taken and follow-up actions with case notes. Create and submit high-level reports, extracts, and ad hoc analyses to providers, division management, legal and/or law enforcement staff of the outcome of the investigative and clinical review.
