340B Optimization Program Manager

Navitus Health Solutions

• Advances 340B program optimization initiatives that support appropriate utilization of the program and align with program requirements. • Implements program strategies that support compliant execution of contract pharmacy, own-use dispensing, and site-of-care medication administration under the strategic direction of the Manager, Health System Pharmacy Revenue Integrity. • Coordinates end-to-end execution of 340B-related initiatives to ensure timelines, deliverables, and program objectives are consistently achieved. • Develops structured project plans, status tracking, and reporting tools that support visibility into program performance and initiative progress. • Develops program performance reporting and summaries that provide visibility into utilization trends, opportunities, and alignment with program expectations. • Synthesizes program performance data and financial outputs into actionable insights that inform operational and program-related decision-making. • Generates materials, analyses, and summaries that support partner discussions and enable data-informed recommendations. • Communicates program risks, considerations, and opportunities identified through data analysis and operational review to support informed decision-making. • Engages health system partner stakeholders at the operational and management levels to support program implementation, alignment, and ongoing optimization efforts, while supporting leadership-led strategic discussions. • Translates program requirements, regulatory considerations, and operational workflows into clear documentation, training materials, and standardized processes. • Supports development and maintenance of standard processes and documentation that guide consistent execution of 340B program activities. • Identifies workflow improvement opportunities that increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability of 340B program execution across partners. • Facilitates cross-functional alignment across pharmacy operations, finance, analytics, implementation, and digital teams to support program execution and outcomes. • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in healthcare, pharmacy operations, or program coordination, required.
  • 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) credential, or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire date, required.
  • 3-4 years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy operations, revenue cycle, or program coordination required.
  • 2 years of experience supporting or working within a 340B program or related pharmacy services environment required.
  • Experience coordinating multi-step initiatives with defined timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional involvement required.
  • Experience interpreting data and financial information to support operational or program-related decisions required.
