Role Overview The Pricing Program Manager (Enterprise) is a critical member of the Revenue Operations organization, responsible for enabling high-quality, scalable Enterprise revenue through disciplined pricing execution and strategic deal support. This role partners closely with Enterprise Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to structure complex, multi-product and multi-year deals within the company’s pricing and packaging framework. Functioning as a deal desk, this role serves as a trusted pricing advisor to the Enterprise field organization—balancing deal competitiveness, pricing integrity, and long-term customer value. Key Responsibilities: Enterprise Deal Structuring & Pricing Advisory - Serve as the primary pricing partner for Enterprise field sales supporting $200K+ deals. - Provide hands-on guidance for complex deal structures, including: - Multi-year agreements - Multi-product and bundled offerings - Usage-based and hybrid pricing models - Expansion, renewal, and amendment scenarios - Ensure deals adhere to pricing guardrails while enabling sales to remain competitive. - Own pricing-related deal approvals and exception workflows within the Deal Desk model. - Partner with the Field enablement team to provide enablement on product & pricing to field and partners. Deal Desk & CPQ Enablement - Partner with RevOps to ensure CPQ accurately reflects pricing models, discount thresholds, and approval paths. - Identify gaps or friction in CPQ workflows and recommend improvements to increase sales efficiency. - Support field enablement on pricing tools, CPQ usage, PAM usage and deal submission best practices. - Act as the escalation point for pricing-related CPQ issues impacting deal velocity. Pricing Governance & Compliance - Monitor pricing model adherence across Enterprise transactions, including discounting, term lengths, and non-standard pricing. - Analyze pricing exceptions and provide insights to executive leadership on trends, risks and optimization opportunities. - Partner with Finance and RevOps leadership to refine pricing policies based on deal outcomes and market dynamics. Customer Growth, Usage & Expansion Insights - Build and maintain reporting on Enterprise customer product growth, usage adoption, and expansion patterns. - Analyze usage vs contracted value to identify expansion, overage, and renewal risk signals. - Partner with Sales and Customer Success to surface actionable insights that support account growth and retention. Reporting, Analytics & Executive Insights - Develop dashboards and reporting to track: - Pricing compliance and discount trends - Product attach rates and expansion drivers - Usage adoption relative to contract value - Deal cycle time and approval efficiency - Present insights and recommendations to Sales, Finance, and executive leadership. Cross-Functional Leadership - Act as a strategic partner to: - Enterprise Sales Leadership - Finance (discounting, account growth, product growth) - Customer Success (adoption and expansion) - Product & Marketing (pricing and packaging feedback) - Influence pricing and deal strategy through data, judgment, and credibility.
Job Requirements
- Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Pricing, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Finance within an Enterprise SaaS environment.
- Proven experience supporting Enterprise sales teams with complex deal structuring ($200K+ ACV).
- Hands-on experience with CPQ systems (Salesforce CPQ or equivalent strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models, including subscription, usage-based, and hybrid structures.
- Advanced analytical and financial acumen with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior sales leaders.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a high-growth SaaS company ($75M–$200M ARR).
- Familiarity with multi-year enterprise contracts and global pricing considerations.
- Experience designing or improving Deal Desk operating models.
- Experience partnering closely with Finance on margin optimization

About the Role We’re hiring a Program Manager to help shape how Chime delivers a high-quality, high-trust support experience for our members on the Core Experience team. This role will focus heavily on back office operations, including Legal and Compliance workflows, bank partner coordination, and high-risk account processes.
