• Lead and develop a high-performing Regional Demand Center team across North America • Own the North America RDC operating model, ensuring efficient and scalable campaign execution • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across channels (digital, paid media, webinars, etc) • Align RDC output to Sales priorities including territory and segment plans • Define and track key performance metrics including pipeline generated and influenced • Partner closely with Global Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales and BDR leadership
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- 10-12+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology organizations
- Proven experience in demand generation, campaign operations, or marketing operations
- Demonstrated experience working within or leading a Regional Demand Center (RDC) or similar centralized demand model
- Strong understanding of pipeline generation, lead management and funnel metrics
- Experience managing and developing teams in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Sixth Sense etc) and CRM systems (Salesforce)

Select and manage HEOR/HTA/MA agencies, CROs, and data vendors. Own or co-own budgets and focus spend on initiatives with measurable access and adoption impact. • Define and monitor KPIs (e.g., HTA decisions, time to funding, procedure volume, contribution of evidence programs). Use policy, competitive, and clinical-trend insights to refine the APAC strategy over time.
