Role Description We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Professional Services to lead delivery for a portion of the Enterprise segment within the Professional Services organization. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving high-quality implementations, consulting engagements, and advisory services that help customers successfully adopt Chainguard solutions. You’ll lead and develop a team of Solutions Architects while ensuring service delivery is predictable, scalable, and focused on measurable customer outcomes. This role combines operational leadership, customer empathy, and strong business acumen to support customer success, revenue growth, and long-term retention. What you’ll do - Segment ownership and delivery excellence - Own end-to-end Professional Services delivery for your assigned Enterprise segment. - Ensure successful onboarding, implementation, advisory, and expansion engagements. - Drive consistent execution of delivery methodologies, quality standards, and documentation practices. - Monitor and improve segment-level KPIs such as utilization, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. - Serve as an escalation point for complex or at-risk customer engagements. - Team leadership and development - Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Solutions Architects, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus. - Establish clear performance expectations and support ongoing coaching and professional development. - Develop career growth and succession plans for team members. - Partner with Professional Services leadership on hiring and capacity planning. - Services strategy and delivery - Execute on the Professional Services strategy to deliver consistent, high-quality engagements. - Improve operational processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and predictability. - Standardize delivery methodologies, tools, templates, and best practices across engagements. - Cross-functional partnership - Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Support pre-sales engagements for strategic or complex opportunities within your segment. - Provide customer feedback that informs product development and services improvements. - Partner with PS leadership to evolve services packaging and pricing models. - Customer outcomes and growth - Ensure customers achieve defined business outcomes through services engagements. - Identify and support expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales and Customer Success. - Proactively manage escalations and mitigate delivery risk. - Capture customer insights to help improve both product capabilities and services delivery. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, Customer Success, or a related field. - 2+ years of leadership experience managing delivery teams or the day-to-day Professional Services operations for a customer segment. - Technical background in cybersecurity, DevOps, software engineering, or a related field. - Strong project or program management capabilities. - Experience working cross-functionally in a high-growth technology environment. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders. Location We are a remote-friendly company, but this role must be based in the United States. Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, Customer Success, or a related field.

Role Description The Capacity Manager establishes and operates ITIL-aligned capacity management processes to ensure that enterprise infrastructure and mission-critical systems have sufficient resources to meet current and future business demand in a highly regulated federal IT environment. This role monitors performance and utilization across compute, storage, network, and application tiers, analyzes trends, and produces forecasts and reports that inform budgeting and technology planning decisions. The position partners with architecture, operations, and service owners to identify capacity risks, recommend optimization or scaling options, and align capacity plans with service level targets and change and release schedules. Key Responsibilities - Design and maintain an ITIL-based capacity management framework spanning business, service, and component capacity views. - Collect and analyze utilization and performance metrics from monitoring tools for servers, virtual infrastructure, storage, databases, and networks. - Build capacity forecasts and "what-if" models using historical trends, business growth assumptions, and planned projects. - Produce regular capacity and performance reports and dashboards for leadership and service owners. - Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and operations teams to incorporate capacity considerations into solution designs. - Identify and lead capacity optimization initiatives such as rightsizing, consolidation, virtualization, and cloud elasticity. - Integrate capacity management with incident, problem, and change processes. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. - 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or service management roles with a primary focus on performance analysis and capacity planning. - Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in capacity management. - Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and team members. - Current secret security clearance or higher.
