• Manage and inspire a rapidly growing global team of Care Navigators across multiple functions • Monitor funnel metrics, remove blockers, and implement improvements to boost speed, conversion, and quality • Run 1:1s, deliver feedback, manage performance plans, and champion professional development • Lead retrospectives, maintain SOPs, and run QA processes to ensure consistency as we scale • Collaborate with Product, Clinical, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and shape tooling that empowers the frontline • Step into workflows yourself when needed—modeling the urgency, empathy, and rigor we expect from the team

Job Requirements

  • 3–5+ years leading large support, service, or clinical operations teams—preferably in healthcare, tech-enabled services, or digital health
  • Deep understanding of employee benefits, plan design, and health insurance
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume operations with strong SLA accountability and funnel visibility
  • A people-first but data-backed leadership style; you drive results through clarity, coaching, and consistency
  • Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills—you know how to unblock teams and keep momentum high
  • Experience running retrospectives, training programs, and process improvement initiatives

Role Description The Capacity Manager establishes and operates ITIL-aligned capacity management processes to ensure that enterprise infrastructure and mission-critical systems have sufficient resources to meet current and future business demand in a highly regulated federal IT environment. This role monitors performance and utilization across compute, storage, network, and application tiers, analyzes trends, and produces forecasts and reports that inform budgeting and technology planning decisions. The position partners with architecture, operations, and service owners to identify capacity risks, recommend optimization or scaling options, and align capacity plans with service level targets and change and release schedules. Key Responsibilities - Design and maintain an ITIL-based capacity management framework spanning business, service, and component capacity views. - Collect and analyze utilization and performance metrics from monitoring tools for servers, virtual infrastructure, storage, databases, and networks. - Build capacity forecasts and "what-if" models using historical trends, business growth assumptions, and planned projects. - Produce regular capacity and performance reports and dashboards for leadership and service owners. - Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and operations teams to incorporate capacity considerations into solution designs. - Identify and lead capacity optimization initiatives such as rightsizing, consolidation, virtualization, and cloud elasticity. - Integrate capacity management with incident, problem, and change processes. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. - 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or service management roles with a primary focus on performance analysis and capacity planning. - Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in capacity management. - Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and team members. - Current secret security clearance or higher. Preferred Qualifications - ITIL certification (ITIL Foundation or higher). - Experience using enterprise monitoring and ITSM tools to automate capacity data collection. - Familiarity with cloud capacity concepts such as autoscaling and hybrid capacity planning. - Background in federal government IT environments or highly regulated industries. • Responsible for ensuring the portfolio achieves soundness, probability, and growth objectives. • Provides portfolio management, credit, underwriting, and sales support for the SBA function. • Identifies, quantifies and mitigates underwriting risks inherent in an SBA lending function. • Responsible for analysis of new SBA credit opportunities, underwrite and collect client financial information. • Must be able to review loan documents, spread, analyze, and interpret businesses and financial statements. • Must be able to identify strengths and weaknesses of individual requests and make recommendations to address and mitigate perceived risks. • Must prepare and be able to present credit analysis packages through the credit approval chain with limited supervision. • Serve as secondary contact on client relationships for loan within the UCB branch footprint. • Evaluate and decision loan renewal requests for SBA Express Lines of Credit. • Actively manage past dues to minimize late payments. • Mentors SBA Servicing Portfolio Specialists and other Servicing team members. • Review portfolio loans approaching maturity and works with clients and/or bankers to get the necessary data in order to make an informed renewal decision. • Manage the loan portfolio for red flags and early warning signals of potential problem loans. • Work directly with clients and/or with UCB bankers or Special Assets Officers to devise an appropriate plan of action if/when the SBA loan is downgraded. • Assist with completing the initial CAR in preparation for the loan to transition to the Special Assets Department. • Complete an annual review on all borrowing relationships within the portfolios as outlined in the SBA Loan Monitoring procedures. • Complete any special project work. • Other duties as assigned.
