• Oversee media buying across HarperCollins adult and children’s titles, under the direction of Director, Advertising (roughly 40 titles/season) • Execute paid social advertising campaigns across multiple self-serve platforms including, but not limited to, Meta, TikTok, SnapChat, and Reddit, ensuring campaigns are set up accurately with strong attention to detail • Advise on advertising strategies based on past and current campaign performance • Regularly update marketing teams on status and performance of live campaigns, and provide and implement recommendations for improvement • Set up and launch programmatic campaigns via The Trade Desk • Weekly and ad hoc reporting for high-level campaigns • Handle all invoicing and internal “client” support issues promptly and professionally • Support the Director, Advertising in developing and executing presentations and final campaign reporting
Job Requirements
- 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
- 4 + years advertising media buying experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta ads is required; experience with other social advertising platforms like Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, etc. is strongly preferred
- Must have deep familiarity with modern Meta campaign structure and best practices
- Proven ability to manage high campaign volume with strong attention to detail
- Highly analytical; able to review performance data and identify opportunities and clear action items to improve
- Must have agency or "internal client services" experience and thrive on working closely with different teams and satisfying multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with creative development tools (e.g. Canva, Veo3) and AirTable a plus
- Strong presentation skills

What You’ll Do: As a Regional Property Manager (Student Housing), you’ll take on the exciting challenge of overseeing all aspects of a portfolio of assigned student housing properties.
