This role shapes how Genesys communicates the evolution of AI-Powered Experience Orchestration across the Americas while supporting strategic alignment in APAC. As a trusted adviser to the SVP, Americas Sales and the SVP, APAC Sales, you will translate complex commercial strategy into compelling executive narratives that drive clarity, confidence, and measurable business impact. Your work will directly influence how our sales organization leads in a rapidly evolving CX market shaped by agentic AI, cloud innovation, and enterprise transformation. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end executive communications strategy for the SVP, Americas Sales, while providing strategic support to the SVP, APAC Sales - Develop and execute a comprehensive executive platform aligned to revenue priorities, AI innovation, and enterprise growth objectives - Craft high-impact narratives that translate complex sales transformation initiatives into clear, persuasive messaging for global audiences - Lead development of internal and external communications including executive announcements, All Hands presentations, sales kickoff content, keynote presentations, blogs, social content, videos, and briefing materials - Drive alignment across Communications, Marketing, PR, and Analyst Relations to ensure consistent executive messaging across channels - Advise senior sales leaders on tone, positioning, delivery, and organizational sentiment during periods of transformation - Influence messaging decisions that reinforce Genesys Cloud and agentic AI leadership in customer experience - Serve as an extended member of the Americas Sales Leadership Team, shaping communication strategy at the highest levels Required Qualifications: - Demonstrate 12 or more years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, or related strategic roles - Deliver complex corporate narratives with clarity, executive presence, and measurable business alignment - Write and edit with exceptional precision in a clear, conversational, executive-ready style - Lead development of keynote presentations and large-scale organizational communications - Analyze organizational dynamics and audience sentiment to inform communication strategy - Hold a bachelor’s degree - Apply deep expertise in modern digital and social communication channels - Support SVP, EVP, or C-Suite leaders in global enterprise environments - Operate effectively across cultures with global business sensitivity - Demonstrate experience within SaaS and cloud technology environments Preferred Qualifications: - Demonstrate experience supporting large-scale commercial transformation initiatives - Lead communications for global revenue or field organizations - Influence executive messaging during high-growth or category-creation phases - Contribute to integrated campaigns aligned with product innovation and market positioning Growth and Opportunity: This role offers direct exposure to senior commercial leadership across two major global regions and provides visibility into enterprise revenue strategy at scale.
