About the Role We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join our engineering team. In this role, you will serve as the primary advocate for Building Information Modeling (BIM) and document control processes on behalf of the owner across multiple capital projects. You will ensure high-quality, consistent, and coordinated digital designs from design through construction, while also providing hands-on Revit drafting support for electrical and mechanical systems. This position combines strategic BIM and document control leadership with practical modeling/drafting in MEP disciplines to protect owner interests, verify design quality, identify risks early, and facilitate better decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
