• Manage monthly financial close for US entities, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, reconciliations, and variance analysis • Prepare management reporting and provide insights for decision-making • Coordinate with external CPA firms, auditors, banks, and loan servicers • Maintain and update data in ERP/accounting systems (Yardi preferred) and investment tracking systems (QPLIX preferred) • Support budgeting, forecast revisions, and external reporting • Optimize accounting and reporting processes across systems • Work across US time zones, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders • Handle daily operations for multiple US entities (~20), ensuring accuracy and timely execution

This role sits at the center of our financial operations. You will manage the daily accounting workflows that support our marketplace while working closely with the Controller to ensure all transactions are accurately captured in our accounting systems.
