Sales Manager – Large Scale Construction Projects
EnerStar Solutions
• Own the region’s construction pipeline: map target accounts, qualify pursuits, and build win plans. • Drive full-cycle enterprise deals including discovery, solution design, pricing, proposal/bid management, negotiation, and close. • Bundle solutions across EnerStar’s portfolio (accommodations, power, comms/Starlink, logistics). • Champion safety and EnerStar Guiding Values. • Forecast accurately and maintain pipeline discipline. • Collaborate cross-functionally with District Managers, product experts, and operations. • Represent EnerStar professionally at jobsites and industry events.
Job Requirements
- 5–10+ years selling into large-scale construction with strong GC/EPC relationships.
- Experience closing multi-site or multi-phase construction projects.
- Strong technical acumen in worksite services and integrated solutions.
- Proven forecasting, CRM discipline, and territory planning skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Source, qualify, and advance net-new opportunities building pipeline and closing new consulting services deals. • Develop account strategies and opportunity plans that align with Helios’ strengths and customer needs in target accounts / industries. • Cultivate trusted partnerships with Workday Account Executives and partner teams to generate co-sell pipeline and position Helios as the partner of choice. • Execute outbound prospecting through direct outreach, creative account entry, networking, and ecosystem relationships. • Proactively manage the entire sales lifecycle—from initial outreach through proposal development and contract execution. • Collaborate closely with delivery leaders to ensure proposed solutions are viable, compelling, and executable. • Work cross-functionally with the Growth / Partner Marketing, Workday Architects, and Consulting Leaders to identify high-potential customers, shape winning opportunities, and deliver exceptional client outcomes. • Represent Helios at Workday and customer events, executing targeted account strategies to drive engagement and generate qualified opportunities. • Effectively manage all sales opportunities, accounts, and activities, ensuring visibility, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline hygiene. • Be a voice for the customer, bringing insights back into the business to inform our offerings, messaging, and investments.
• Identify and target prospective nCino customers within a geographic territory and market segment • Challenge prospective customers to consider a new and innovative offering • Drive opportunities through qualification and closure while maintaining a pipeline sufficient to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals • Develop strong nCino brand presence within a geographic territory • Use consultative approach to identify client needs • Manage complex sales cycle with new customers • Effectively identify prospective customer 'mobilizers' and build consensus among key stakeholders • Work effectively with inside sales partners and marketing to drive a consistent message in the marketplace • Expand nCino presence within existing clients by maintaining relationship with key client stakeholders
