Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Experience designing and building AI-driven API test automation frameworks from the ground up
- Hands-on experience with GraphQL API testing, including schema validation, query/mutation testing, and working within or alongside Apollo Studio
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI)
- Mastery of AI-powered API testing tools and demonstrated ability to coach and share knowledge
- Deep understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native architectures
- Ability to read, debug, and write basic code
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset
- Experience with performance, security, and chaos testing
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams using tools such as Jira and Confluence, or similar

Role Description Ibility is seeking an experienced Senior Momentum Testing Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the implementation of Momentum for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience supporting Momentum testing and implementation activities in large ERP programs for a federal agency as well as a strong foundation in Federal financial management business processes. The Senior Momentum Testing SME will support the Testing Lead and the program by developing test plans and executing testing activities for an implementation release as part of the overall program. This will include but not be limited to: - System integration testing - Regression testing - User Acceptance Testing (UAT) The SME will develop wave-level updates to testing strategy based on lessons learned and the evolution of requirements and oversee the development of automated test scripts across all functional teams. The SME will provide guidance on federal compliance test requirements (e.g. Section 508, Security, Performance) and validate cross-module financial flows (e.g. AR/AP/GL/Acquisitions). The Senior Momentum Testing SME should be a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team and has experience in taking ownership of work assignments and project schedules. • Ensure the successful, high-quality implementation of Building Management Systems (BMS), Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), PLC systems, and SCADA platforms for new data center construction projects. • Manage relationships and workstreams with key partners, drive standardization, validate system integrity from design through commissioning and turnover, and act as the owner’s point of escalation for controls-related issues. • Support the selection, evaluation, and commercial review of General Contractor System Integrators (CSI) and controls contractors. • Lead and manage CSI performance throughout all project phases, including calibrations, quality assurance, and resolution of escalated issues. • Perform BMS, PLC, and SCADA inspections (wiring, installation, commissioning) and validate project status and progress. • Conduct regular site visits to assess installation quality, commissioning progress, and system integrator performance.
