• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Network Monitoring(NMS) Platform • Establish guiding principles for Monitoring and Observability around NMS • Lead the investigation, due diligence, and design to revolutionize the NMS platform at TNS through intelligent integration of tools and data to benefit IT Service Management (ITSM) and Incident Management backed by Automation. • Document As-Is diagrams of current state tools, monitoring, and event management data flows. • Work with and Collaborate with Architecture Teams to Design and Deliver. • Experience with integrating solutions in a multi-vendor environment, including SaaS environments. • Complete development life cycle experience from design through implementation. • Experience with command-line interfaces, graphical user interfaces, API development and integration, statistical monitoring, and analysis. • Demonstrable record of success designing, delivering and supporting enterprise class, scalable, high availability observability solutions. • Working knowledge of networking practices and automation development. • Self-motivated; Able to work independently or within a team environment, with minimum instruction from management.

• Work with Extron, Crestron. • Design, read and interpret drawings, cable riser diagrams, and architectural drawings for a vast array of projects. • Terminate and test a variety of wire and connector types (audio, video, network, control, power) • Supervise and assist with the physical installation of a wide variety of AV and supporting technologies in diverse environments • Supervise and support equipment rack preparation and staging, including wire lacing and installation of power strips, grounding bars, jack-fields, etc. • Mount equipment such as monitor mounts, ceiling speakers, and microphones. • Install and configure video walls • Assist with system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning to ensure systems meet design and performance requirements • Maintain an organized, clean, and professional work environment

We’re seeking a seasoned Engineer to lead and grow our T&D Engineering & Consulting Division, with a strong focus on transmission planning. This remote leadership role is ideal for a proven technical expert and business leader who thrives on incubating new ideas, managing multidisciplinary teams, and expanding services in power systems engineering. In this role, you will provide strategic and technical oversight for transmission planning studies and initiatives, while working closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and industry partners to drive business growth. You will support complex system studies, guide long-term grid planning efforts, and build high-performance teams dedicated to transmission and distribution system analysis and development. What You’ll Do: - Lead multiple business units and incubate new opportunities across transmission and distribution studies - Manage and expand engineering capabilities in power flow, transient stability, short-circuit, harmonics, EMT, and related areas - Oversee study planning and execution, including script development, data handling, and technical QA/QC - Support project setup and closeout, tracking deliverables, hours, and budgets for performance and profitability - Develop talent by mentoring engineers and advancing collective team knowledge in industry standards, rules, and tariffs - Maintain compliance with technical and commercial confidentiality and conflict-of-interest policies - Collaborate across functions to support strategic planning, business development, and client relationship management - Attend and lead internal/external meetings to troubleshoot study issues and ensure client success - Coordinate administrative duties, including performance reviews, project tracking, and NDA/customer setup The Experience We’re Looking For: - 10–15+ years of electrical engineering experience, preferably in transmission/distribution consulting - Deep knowledge of transient stability, EMT, harmonics, power system modeling, and simulation software - Experience managing technical studies and scripting-based automation of simulation workflows - Proven track record of building client relationships and leading technical teams - Familiarity with industry tariffs, power system standards, and regulatory frameworks - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to craft technical reports and presentations - Excellent interpersonal, delegation, and problem-solving skills - Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Additional Requirements: - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record - Must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment/random drug tests - Must be willing to travel up to 25% across North America - Comfortable working across multiple time zones and supporting remote teams Bonus Points for: - Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering - Leadership experience managing engineering teams and business units - Experience launching or scaling new consulting service lines - Engineer-in-Training or P.E. license - Familiarity with techno-economic modeling and commercial strategy in power systems - Track record of publishing in technical journals or speaking at industry events - Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian power markets and grid interconnection processes - Experience with conflict-of-interest management and data security in consulting environments Why Join RMS Energy: We’re not just another power services company.
