Job Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of customer marketing, customer advocacy, or lifecycle marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience in marketing analytics, data platforms, or technical software solutions.
  • Proven success building customer reference programs and developing high-quality customer stories.
  • Ability to understand and translate complex data-driven use cases.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Canva, Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, and Salesforce.
  • Experimenting and usage of AI marketing tooling and chatbots.
  • Preferred Experience in weather intelligence, ag tech/ag data, commodity/energy markets, or operational decision-support solutions.
  • Experience managing customer advisory boards, developing customer stories and case studies or vertical-specific customer user groups/councils.
  • Understanding how enterprises use data for forecasting, operational planning, and risk mitigation.
