Client Relationship Manager III
Western Alliance Bank
• managing significant client relationships and ensuring excellent client service and delivery to the client base • driving product efficiency projects and may lead other business-related projects • working closely with new business development staff • overseeing the day to day operations and reporting delivery to clients done with the client service associates • providing feedback and working with the team leader to conduct annual reviews • developing and maintaining relationships with Corporate Trust clients • reviewing and accepting new client relationships based on business line account acceptance policies and procedures • providing quality service based on client needs, wants, and expectations; aligning actions accordingly; remaining sensitive and responsive to both internal and external clients • resolving problems quickly and effectively • Identifying business risks and operational challenges and takes steps to mitigate risk and enhance operating systems and processes • coordinating the development and implementation of operational changes within the unit • managing staff, hiring new staff, and/or training staff to successfully meet business objectives • reviewing client reporting and working with clients and other interested parties on any issues or changes needed • making sure clients are getting the required information at all times
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience in Corporate Trust or similar field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Previous leadership experience required
- Advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
- Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
- Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
- May require up to 25% travel
