Project Manager

DISHER

• Lead end-to-end project delivery activities for mid-to-large scale initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational timelines. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budget, and resource forecasts. • Facilitate project and Steering committee meetings, communicate progress, and escalate issues when necessary. • Identify and coordinate dependencies, risks, and issues through proactive mitigation. • Partner with business and IT teams to translate logistics and operational requirements into actionable deliverables. • Coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. • Develop processes where applicable, maintain project documentation, RAID logs, document repository (SharePoint), meeting agendas and minutes and status reporting. • Contribute to Project Management Office process improvements, standards, and templates. • Strong proficiency in Smartsheet and building out project dashboards that roll up to portfolio management.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of demonstrable Project Management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Previous hands-on experience coordinating, managing, and supporting project delivery, preferably in service supply chain logistics or related industries.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional or enterprise-level projects, supporting execution across multiple teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies, with the ability to support hybrid project environments when appropriate.
  • PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification preferred.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting project execution, team collaboration, and delivery excellence.
  • High proficiency in project management tools (i.e., Smartsheet, Jira, Power BI, MS Project).
  • Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States without restrictions or expirations.
