• Own the entirety of the deployment phase, including the development of detailed project plans, defining critical milestones, and proactively mitigating risks to ensure a successful deployment • Serve as the main point of contact for deployment activities, leading regular project status meetings, aligning resources (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, etc), and communicating progress, risks, and deployment status • Act as a resource for analyzing implementation trends, potential bottlenecks, and translating data into clear, actionable insights for both internal teams and external stakeholders. • Actively identify areas for improvement in our existing deployment methodologies, develop and document best practices and standardized playbooks, and implement scalable solutions to ensure a smoother, faster onboarding experience for all future clients • Develop a strong understanding of the product, the persona of customers, the reason for investment, and how this maps back to the customer lifecycle
Job Requirements
- At least 4+ years of experience as a client-facing Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with change management best practices, ensuring a successful transition for client organizations after deployment
- Strong sense of seeing a project through completion and managing tasks. Familiarity with project management tools (Linear, Jira, Asana, Rocketlane, etc.) and CRM software (Salesforce) for tracking deployments and client information is a must
- Understand how to slice through data, with the ability to look at deployment metrics, understand key trends, and develop both internal and external reports. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation)
- Interest in identifying operational inefficiencies and driving organizational change through the development of scalable processes and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills to persuade both senior client leadership and internal stakeholders to keep projects on track and mitigate risk.

The ideal candidate should be versed in preparing detailed estimates for projects based on construction plans and specifications, and scopes of work. Job Location: This is a remote position. Salary range: 115,000-135,000/annual Responsibilities - Produce written proposals, basis of estimates, cost estimates, budgets, and updates for project managers, senior management, and clients. - Independently determine/develop crew and equipment assemblies, production rates, and schedules for heavy civil scopes of work based on industry experience. - Ability to identify and communicate project risks and incorporate mitigation strategies developed through communication with management team. - Furnish accurate and clear quantity takeoff information to provide a detailed list of materials and assess the total construction costs. - Prepare, seek review of, and submit inquiries to clients regarding drawings, specifications, and scopes of work. - Support constructability reviews through communication with the project team, designers, and subcontractor market. - Prepare organized and accurate cost estimate backup documentation. - Develop, maintain and expand subcontractor and supplier database. Qualifications - Must have knowledge/experience in self-performance of all civil infrastructure scopes of work including earthwork/grading, dam/levee construction and/or repair, dewatering, demolition, underground utilities (e.g., water/sewer/storm), road construction and repair, asphalt pavement, and concrete construction. - Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the heavy civil construction industry; project cost estimating and construction management experience is preferred. - Experience estimating federal projects is mandatory. - Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules. - Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills. - Requires critical thinking, analytical ability and strong math skills. - The successful candidate will have experience with spreadsheet, word processing, scheduling and estimating software. - The successful candidate must have the ability to recognize the need for additional support and resources to complete identified proposal/estimate preparation opportunities. - A bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering is a plus.
