• Support development of product strategy and roadmaps working in conjunction with Senior Managers and Directors of Product and product team • Build hypotheses and MVP scope to meet product goals and KPIs • Analyze product and business data to create data-driven insights and drive iterative development • Create a positive team member experience. • Be responsible for direct interaction with business stakeholders, including, but not limited to, eliciting comprehensive business requirements, use cases, and recommending appropriate solutions. • Acts as a product subject matter expert for sales and sales support • Create user stories, requirements and functional specifications for development. • Work closely with engineering and architecture across domains to satisfy technical integration requirements. • Collaborate with User experience team to design user interface and user flows • Support Customer Operations and client training as needed • Work with development team to estimate work and execute against plan • Work with Development, QA, and Production Support teams to communicate, verify, and test the desired functionality changes.

• Supporting and promoting products to clients • Understand the client’s technical requirements and propose solutions • Secure sales and develop new business growth in specified market • Lead product demos and educate customers (sales reps to executives) • Increase effectiveness, productivity, and revenue growth in the Sales Team • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to close new business

• Collaborate with internal departments on system enhancements, problem resolution, and project requirements • Act as a mentor and support resource to junior developers within the team • Develop, test, and debug full-stack application code in line with business requirements • Maintain version control and follow established change management practices • Analyze and enhance existing systems and processes to improve performance and usability • Design and implement user-facing features and backend services using modern development frameworks and tools within the PHP ecosystem • Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and process definitions • Engage with external vendors when necessary for system integration or support
