• Key thought partner in the creation of the analytical risk management framework, bringing unique and new ideas to create innovative long-term strategies • Critical resource in enhancing the model governance framework including improving design of all policies, procedures and processes • Serve as primary resource, and internal subject matter expert, for all matters relating to governance of analytical risk, including MRM, and will represent the analytical risk management program in high-level meetings with senior leadership, the Executive Team, external auditors and regulators • Manage all aspects of the Model Inventory according to the model lifecycle including: Model discovery, determination, risk-tiering, onboarding, model owner assignment, model owner training, model retirement and MRM reporting, among other lifecycle responsibilities • Review model documentation created by model owners to ensure it meets regulatory and internal standards • Own the annual model review process • Build out the ongoing model monitoring program to ensure acceptable performance of all models in the inventory; regularly review monitoring results with model owners and follow up on performance issues as needed • Review change control logs and make determinations regarding the level of review needed based upon the materiality of the change • Manage the status of all outstanding model risk issues, review issues submitted for closure and work with model owners to ensure issues are appropriately remediated • May, at times, assist with some model validation activities as necessary • Will have significant influence and participation in complex long-term projects that directly impact the Association’s reputation

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in complex data sets to maximize publisher yield. • Extract and analyze bidstream and auction data to surface trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities. Provide recommended changes to enhance bidding dynamics and yield outcomes. • Develop and maintain analytic monitoring and alerting systems for yield management, ensuring rapid identification and diagnosis of revenue-affecting issues and performance drops. • Produce data-driven summaries and actionable insights for internal teams and executives, ensuring technical accuracy and clear communication for a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Support Yield Managers and Publishers in implementing data-driven best practices and monetization strategies. • Monitor macro and micro trends, providing proactive alerting on network or site-level issues and tracking key KPIs (ie fill rate, eCPM, revenue, latency, viewability). • Investigate and respond to technical or operational issues to maximize yield without compromising user experience, site speed, or ad quality. • Build and maintain AB testing frameworks, reporting, and result interpretation. • Perform root cause analysis for data or ad-serving problems; provide technical QA for new publisher onboarding, AB tests, product launches, and engineering initiatives. • Act as a subject matter expert for Freestar data capabilities. Support data integrity projects. • Project manage yield and data initiatives from planning through successful implementation, ensuring clarity, accountability, and effective communication. Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Intelligence, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Business Development, and Demand. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging yield opportunities; recommend and pilot innovative monetization solutions.

• Analyze large datasets from various sources, including electronic health records (EHRs), claims data, membership and eligibility files, and public health databases • Develop and implement advanced statistical models and algorithms to identify trends, patterns, and insights in healthcare data • Conduct product-focused healthcare analytics to evaluate feature effectiveness, user engagement, and clinical workflow impact, identifying opportunities to enhance care delivery and operational efficiency • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support healthcare strategies and initiatives • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in healthcare data analytics
