Senior Credit Analyst I, II

• Deliver fundamental credit risk analysis assessments of new applicants/existing market participants using PJM’s credit scoring model • Recommend credit limits align with market activity and PJM governing documents • Manage a large portfolio of market participants including exposure analysis, annual reviews, limit management, emerging market events and de-risking solutions • Partner with the membership, cash management and risk team to execute and enhance existing processes • Collaborate with a range of insurance companies / banks to ensure credit risk documents are in alignment with PJM tariff requirements • Develop and monitor credit weekly, daily and month-end reporting • Assist on presentations to Senior Management and Stakeholders • Analyze, highlight and report on top risks • Lead the coordination, maintenance and implementation of improved reporting and functionality of credit risk systems • Work in partnership with internal lines of business to perform root cause analysis to resolve self and stakeholder identified credit risk gaps • Mentor more junior members of the team • Act as a liaison between internal and external customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Director, Enterprise Risk Management

• Leads efforts to identify, measure, and monitor the Company's risk in how its transactions and infrastructure function. • Serves as the subject matter expert to promote and augment awareness across the Company for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). • Manages the Insurance Program for PJM. • Manages the Know Your Customer process for PJM. • Responsible for understanding the scope of the potential risk factors that could affect the operations of the organization. • Contributes to the overall quality of risk management across the Company by calculating, evaluating and providing written commentary upon various risks at an enterprise level. • Supports the Chief Risk Officer in collaborating with management in the respective business units to comprehend and measure evolving risk and risk moderation strategies. • Develops educational resources for educating stakeholders on enterprise risk management framework and key risk indicators (KRI). • Collaborates with risk owners to comprehend key risk indicators (KRI) to quantify risks compared to recognized risk parameters. • Manages the Know Your Customer Program at PJM to meet all objectives on an annual basis while implementing long-term improvements. • Reports on the current assessed level of risk and documents recommendations on managing risks. • Contributes to risk reporting initiatives and process improvements. • Assists in developing and implementing measurement components of the ERM framework.
Senior Analyst – Lead

• Lead governance frameworks for the Microsoft 365 content management platforms, ensuring compliance with records retention, legal hold, privacy, and regulatory requirements. • Define and maintain policies, standards, and best practices for information lifecycle management across SharePoint, OneDrive, and related Microsoft 365 tools. • Partner with Legal, ITS, Compliance, and Records Management teams to ensure defensible, auditable information practices. • Support the end-to-end user experience for the Microsoft 365 records platforms, balancing usability with governance and risk management. • Act as the business representative for platform enhancements, roadmap planning, and prioritization based on user feedback and organizational needs. • Develop and oversee change management, communications, and training strategies to drive adoption and effective use of tools. • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and business stakeholders on collaboration and records management capabilities. • Translate technical concepts into clear, business-focused communications for non-technical audiences. • Maintain a strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, integrations, permissions models, and search. • Partner with IT to troubleshoot complex user and system issues, acting as an escalation point for business-critical problems. • Contribute to configuration decisions, testing, and rollout of new features or platform changes. • Monitor platform usage, performance, and risk indicators to identify improvement opportunities. • Stay current on Microsoft 365 roadmap changes, industry best practices, and emerging risks impacting information governance in the energy sector. • Support audits, assessments, and legal inquiries related to records and information management.
