We are expanding our Renewable Energy group to support Hydrogen and Hydrogen Safety that includes large-scale effort, integrating solar energy, hydrogen production, mechanical and electrical systems to deliver sustainable solutions for specific regions. The role will immediately begin with a project in northern New Mexico. - Be part of the technical team that leads the Hydrogen and Hydrogen Safety components of the New Mexico Project from planning through execution, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and timely delivery of the engineering design package and operating procedures required for the project. - Collaborate with engineers and technical specialists in hydrogen, solar, gas, integrity, safety, environmental, mechanical, electrical, and renewable energy domains to ensure seamless integration of project components. - Assist with the procurement/specification review of hydrogen technologies required for the safe operation of the project. - Lead and assist with the development of operations and safety procedures of the hydrogen facilities, including working with the client and sub-contractors to integrate safety and emergency risk models into client operating manuals. - Serve as the primary client-facing representative for the project stakeholders, building trust, communicating progress, and confidently resolving challenges. - Oversee project budgets, schedules, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and environmental regulations. - Support the development and deployment of emerging hydrogen technologies and solar initiatives, contributing to a rapidly evolving energy landscape in the New Mexico region. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or related field. - Minimum 10 years of experience in gas systems, mechanical engineering, renewable energy, operations safety & integrity, or related technical fields. - Proven track record managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ideally in the energy or infrastructure sectors. - General project management experience, including the ability to manage cost, budget, schedules, and build strong client relationships, with a preference for experience in hydrogen and/or solar projects. - Ability to work independently across business functions in remote office setting. - Collaborative approach to problem solving. - Unquestioned business and personal integrity. - Available for occasional, limited travel. Job Requirements

Role Description PE Certified Property Condition and Seismic Assessor Project Managers at Nova Group, GBC., are responsible for performing Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) as well as Project Capital Needs Assessments (PCNAs) in accordance with ASTM standards, local, state, and federal regulations, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD. Our Project Managers are a core member of our project delivery team working with our Senior Project Managers and Account Managers to ensure the quality of our deliverables to our clients, exceeding their expectations along the way. - Candidate will work outdoors on construction sites performing observation visits, existing condition surveys and destructive and non-destructive tests in accordance with industry standards. - Field work will require travel up to 50% throughout the US to support national needs; employees may work from home when not traveling.
