Role Description PE Certified Property Condition and Seismic Assessor Project Managers at Nova Group, GBC., are responsible for performing Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) as well as Project Capital Needs Assessments (PCNAs) in accordance with ASTM standards, local, state, and federal regulations, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD. Project Managers complete all aspects of assessments including field work, data compilation and report preparation for each project in accordance with the scope of work and our client needs. Deliverables for this role will also include Seismic Field Checklists. Our Project Managers are a core member of our project delivery team working with our Senior Project Managers and Account Managers to ensure the quality of our deliverables to our clients, exceeding their expectations along the way. - Candidate will work outdoors on construction sites performing observation visits, existing condition surveys and destructive and non-destructive tests in accordance with industry standards. - Field work will require travel up to 50% throughout the US to support national needs; employees may work from home when not traveling. Qualifications - 5+ years of recent experience conducting and/or managing PCAs, PCNAs, and Seismic Check Lists - PE Certification in CA preferred, EIT considered - Experience conducting Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD, and other specialty project scopes - Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction-related field - Knowledge of building components, systems, and cost estimating - Knowledge and experience with ASTM E2018-08 “Standard Guide for Property Condition Assessments: Baseline Property Condition Assessment Process”, Seismic Checklists - Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and related specification sections - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines - Strong technical writing skills, attention to detail and communication skills - Ability to communicate and work both independently and within a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook - Current, valid state driver’s license (position requires a motor vehicle record background check) - Annual medical monitoring required Requirements - Qualifications considered a plus, but not required: - AutoCAD/Revit experience - RRC, RWC, REWC or similar certification(s) - Participation in National Standards Committees Benefits - Nova Group’s good-faith estimate of the salary for this position at the time of posting is 95,000 – 125,000+ USD. - Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s experience, skills, education, location, production and other job-related variables.

• Play a key role in the deployment of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across the Americas region • Support the full project life cycle—from contracting, design, and implementation through delivery, commissioning, and ongoing support • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Procurement, Project Management, Project Engineering, Commissioning, and O&M • Work directly with equipment vendors, project developers, project owners, and other stakeholders such as utility or modelling teams • Review project contracts and vendor agreements for controls-related requirements and alignment • Review and validate project design submittals, including electrical drawings, data flow diagrams, network designs, signal mappings (analog, Modbus, DNP3), electrical power models, and control narratives • Maintain and organize technical documentation in SharePoint; coordinate documentation flow with vendors and stakeholders • Develop batch scripts or automation tools to streamline data collection and operational tasks • Maintain clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders—including customers, vendors, EPCs, and utilities • Troubleshoot network issues within VPN-secured environments • Respond to customer and operator requests regarding system modifications, troubleshooting, or enhancements • Support site commissioning activities for all control-related tasks

• DfT implementation inline with existing test methodology for advance process nodes • Perform top and/or block-level DFT insertion: scan compression, (i)JTAG, ATPG, patterns validation/simulation, MBIST/LBIST • Closely work with physical design team to resolve timing constraints/issues • Verify DFT circuitry and interface with other components/IPs and debug timing simulation issues • Debug and improve important DfT KPIs: test coverage/pattern efficiency • Hierarchical retargeting • Silicon bring-up, diagnosis and support for physical failure analysis.

• Lead a variety of projects including technical evaluations and analyses in the area of Anticipated Operational Occurrences, Anticipated Transients without Scram, Reactor Heat Balance, and Thermal Hydraulic Fuel Channel Analyses • Deliver products at a consistently high and sustainable level in accordance with customer requirements, business procedures, and regulatory agency guidelines • Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills will be required to interface with a variety of individuals with diverse backgrounds • Have direct customer-facing opportunities through training, deliverables, and collaboration • Utilize unique opportunities to create and/or improve cutting-edge automation and methods • Work effectively and make positive contributions in a dynamic team environment • Prepare thorough and accurate technical reports, correspondence, documentation, and calculations • Perform technical verification of engineering technical deliverables • Provide engineering expertise, guidance, and technical mentoring • Prepare, communicate, and present complex technical issues to internal and external customers and recommend solutions • Implement continual improvement of transient analysis work processes • Perform other relevant duties as assigned
