• Assist the Division Contract Director in managing high volumes of work for an assigned Division. • Exercise delegated authority over a functional area (e.g., “pipeline” work or data processing support) or over a particularly large project or group of projects. • Perform all Division Contract Director management and coordinating functions as assigned by the Division Contract Director. • Attend numerous periodic and ad hoc face-to-face meetings with the COR and Government Case Managers.
Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start (candidates are not required to be cleared at the time of application).
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Capability to perform all Division Contract Director management and coordinating functions as assigned.
- Broad and deep knowledge of litigation support, business administration, human resource management, information resources management, and data processing.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to attend numerous periodic and ad hoc face-to-face meetings with the COR and Government Case Managers.
- Prior DOJ or federal litigation support program experience (preferred).
- Relevant program/project management certification (e.g., PMP) (preferred).
