Senior Pipeline Programs Analyst

Samsara

• Analyze pipeline & program health, establish pipeline program targets, and forecast coverage to ensure global sales targets are met. • Build 'propensity-to-buy' lists for global sales blitzes and provide comprehensive post-event impact analysis. • Provide Sales Leaders and Program Managers with ad-hoc insights into campaign performance and regional trends. • Serve as the primary SFDC owner for all pipeline dashboards, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. • Design QBR decks and weekly executive summaries that explain the 'why' behind the numbers. • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analyst roles within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) reporting and dashboarding is required. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot tables, complex formulas) are a must. Codex proficiency highly preferred
  • A foundational understanding of the 'Lead-to-Renewal' lifecycle, pipeline coverage ratios, and sales development motions.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex data sets into clear, executive-level presentations (Slides/Powerpoint).
  • Experience managing large-scale data sets and account segmentation (e.g., building 'propensity-to-buy' models).
