As a Cloud Specialist (AWS), you will serve as a lead technical operations expert responsible for the design, implementation, and support of cloud-based information technology solutions in both current and future states. In this role, you will be tasked with: - Building, maintaining, and operationalizing infrastructure, security services, and system components in a government cloud AWS environment. - Delivering highly available and scalable services. - Joining an on-call rotation and providing expertise and technical leadership on any issues that may arise. Our team is actively engaged in projects to: - Migrate legacy applications to AWS. - Innovate in AIOps. - Enforce a strong baseline for operational readiness. This role demands confidence, leadership qualities, professionalism, and integrity. Qualifications - Demonstrated advanced experience integrating legacy platforms and applications with AWS. - Strong experience with AIOps, including the ability to provide guidance, leadership, and automation solutions. - Extensive background in production monitoring using tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Splunk, and CloudWatch. Requirements - Advanced capability to solve problems by analyzing available information, prioritizing tasks, and making timely decisions. - Exceptional skills in assessing necessary activities and prioritizing assignments. - Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations to both technical and business audiences.
