Opportunity As a Director, Payer Economics & HEOR Strategy, you’ll own the end-to-end economic narrative that translates Twin Health’s AI-driven outcomes into a rigorous, defensible value proposition. You will serve as the strategic bridge between complex claims data and C-suite decision-making, architecting the actuarial models that prove our ROI to health plan leaders while leading the charge on high-impact peer-reviewed evidence.
