Collaboration, trust, and continuous learning are core to how we work, and we’re committed to creating meaningful career paths for our people as we grow. About the Team SMRT’s Engineering group brings together HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, process, and commissioning professionals who partner closely with architectural, structural, electrical, site, and interiors teams from day one. Identify potential risks, coordination challenges, or scheduling conflicts and proactively communicate solutions to project teams and clients. Lead on-site commissioning meetings, document discussions, and track action items through resolution. Author clear, well-organized commissioning reports and closeout deliverables. Manage assigned work within budgeted hours while adapting to construction schedules and field conditions. Collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, architectural, and specialty disciplines to support integrated project delivery. Provide technical input for proposals, presentations, interviews, and client-facing discussions as requested.
