Description Novaspect, Inc., an Emerson Impact Partner, the global leader of automation systems and solutions, is currently offering an opportunity for an Operational Technology Group Manager to join our team. Operational Technology Group Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Supervise and support Operational Technology personnel, ensuring efficient scheduling, task completion, and quality service delivery. - Serve as the primary point of contact for Operational Technology personnel, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. - Act as the point of contact of escalation for OT project execution or technology-related concerns, resolving issues promptly and effectively. - Take ownership of OT project challenges, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to drive resolution. - Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and service quality. - Align team efforts with company objectives. - Monitor team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and coordinate appropriate training and development efforts. - Communicate effectively with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with service execution. - Resource planning, including workforce utilization and equipment needs. - Create processes/procedures to allow the Operational Technology services team to effectively support our installed base customers. - Support new lifecycle service rollouts and initiatives. - Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies. - Support services and product sales and marketing efforts. - Support Systems Solutions business unit planning process. - Collaborate with sales management and other business units. Requirements Operational Technology Group Manager Education and Experience Qualifications: - B.S. Degree in Engineering or equivalent desired. - 10+ years in an engineering field desired. - 5+ years of engineering group management or project management experience a plus. - Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills and proven ability to lead a team of highly skilled individuals. Operational Technology Group Manager Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift up to 30lbs (i.e., Workstation Monitors and Laptop Computers). - Ability to work extended hours on a computer. - Ability to work in a loud industrial environment. Operational Technology Group Manager Pay: - Salary Range: $125K - $140K - Potential Bonus: 10% - The final offer will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in the position. The Manager will be responsible for leading assurance and consulting engagements that generally relate to regulatory compliance.
