• Analyze costs and pricing strategies • Conduct market research with Business Development and Price-to-Win teams • Develop pricing models to optimize profitability and competitiveness in the defense and aerospace industry • Partner with Proposal and Program Teams to review RFPs/RFQs and develop cost and pricing models • Conduct detailed analyses of customer requirements, market trends, and competitive landscapes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pricing strategies aligned with business objectives • Develop and document supportable Basis of Estimates (BOEs), Certified Cost and Pricing Data (CCPD), and Cost/Price Volumes • Analyze historical cost data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for pricing optimization • Build and maintain cost and pricing models
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
- 2-4 years of cost, pricing, or program controls experience in defense industry
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data
- Understanding of DCAA/DCMA requirements and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with multiple contract types (CP, FFP, T&M, etc.)
- Ability to work independently to meet critical deadlines without oversight
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing ERP systems (e.g., Deltek Costpoint, SAP, Oracle) to extract, analyze, and validate cost data in support of pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment for complex problem solving.

Role Description In this role, you will lead the development and management of pricing strategies for government proposals from pre-RFP through submission, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. Role Description As a PPAG Pricing & Promotion Lead in North America (NA), you will be the owner of the end-to-end strategy and execution for our key Promotional Products, Apparels & Gifts product category across the US and Canada. You will leverage advanced data analytics from Vista’s diverse business portfolio to design, implement, and optimize sophisticated pricing & promotional strategies that maximize revenue, drive customer lifetime value, and ensure optimal profitability. This is a high-impact, highly visible role serving as a primary strategic partner to cross-functional leaders across Product Category, Finance, and Marketing.
