Job Description

Product Owner

• Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned with business objectives and technical constraints. • Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders; translate them into epics, features, and user stories with clear technical acceptance criteria. • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams, including architecture, ensuring transparency and shared understanding. • Employ technical and thought leadership to drive products from inception to release, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and delivery goals. • Collaborate with engineers to validate feasibility, clarify technical dependencies, and ensure solutions meet performance and security standards. • Coordinate readiness efforts for releases, including pre-launch quality checks and internal sign-offs. • Establish post-launch monitoring and analyze product performance to inform future priorities. • Communicate product health, risks, and successes to program leadership and customer stakeholders. • Work with and align with Training and Communications team on training needs, and provide support as necessary to both TAC and in user facing calls.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 5 or more years of experience; OR Associate’s degree plus 7 or more years of experience; OR Master’s degree plus 3 or more years of experience
  • 5+ years in a technical role with experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile environments
  • Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust Clearance
  • Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.
  • Candidate must have lived in the U.S. for three (3) full years out of the last five (5) years
