Product Manager

AutoFi

• Own product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and definition through delivery and iteration. • Gather and prioritize customer, dealer, and internal stakeholder requirements to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions. • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and specifications (PRDs), including user flows and success metrics. • Partner closely with engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver high-quality solutions. • Drive data-informed decision making by defining KPIs, analyzing performance, and iterating based on results. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, and Marketing. • Engage with external partners and third parties as needed to support integrations or joint initiatives. • Balance speed, quality, and scope while making thoughtful trade-off decisions.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years (PM) or 6+ years (Sr PM) of product management experience working on technical or platform products.
  • Proven ability to own and deliver complex products in collaboration with engineering and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to guide decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience using JIRA for backlog management, sprint planning, prioritization, and collaboration with engineering teams.
