Senior Product Manager, AI Solutions

Agiloft

• Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered contract intelligence and obligations management. • Drive measurable adoption, engagement, and value realization across AI solutions. • Define, monitor, and act on product success metrics and usage data. • Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. • Develop and execute deprecation and sunset strategies for legacy capabilities. • Identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities across the contract lifecycle. • Ensure AI solutions are trustworthy, explainable, and aligned with enterprise customer needs. • Represent AI solutions in executive discussions and strategic planning. • Mentor and guide other product managers and contribute to product best practices. • Act as a thought leader and evangelist for Agiloft’s AI strategy internally and externally. • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of owning complex product areas end to end.
  • Demonstrated success delivering AI-powered products with strong adoption.
  • Deep experience defining and driving usage-based and outcome-based metrics.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with execution discipline.
  • Excellent communication and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
