Job Requirements

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who understands the social landscape, a hands-on content creator, and a strategic planner who understands fandoms and knows how to engage and grow the audience. You’ll be working on first-class franchises with a team of the best strategists and creatives in the fandoms and franchise space. You’ll be given clear objectives and exciting creative challenges to solve through engaging and conversational social content, in particular short-form vertical video. You will not be asked to be on-camera (audience facing), as the content will be driven by the franchise’s key characters. It’s important that you’re highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere, and comfortable working with client-provided footage, turning around polished, platform-ready edits quickly. After Effects and light mograph skills are a strong plus, though not required. Experience working in an agency or fast-paced creative environment is ideal, but most importantly, we’re looking for someone who understands how to deliver high-impact social work at the speed of culture. While this role is fully remote within the U.S. and requires no in-person attendance, being based in or near Los Angeles is helpful for occasional collaboration.
