You’ll be working on first-class franchises with a team of the best strategists and creatives in the fandoms and franchise space. You will not be asked to be on-camera (audience facing), as the content will be driven by the franchise’s key characters. It’s important that you’re highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere, and comfortable working with client-provided footage, turning around polished, platform-ready edits quickly. After Effects and light mograph skills are a strong plus, though not required. Experience working in an agency or fast-paced creative environment is ideal, but most importantly, we’re looking for someone who understands how to deliver high-impact social work at the speed of culture. While this role is fully remote within the U.S. and requires no in-person attendance, being based in or near Los Angeles is helpful for occasional collaboration. Responsibilities: ● Generate imaginative social ideas from quick-hitting trends to larger creative concepts that keep the franchise’s presence lively, relevant, and impossible to scroll past. ● Turn those strategies into content pieces, created with native social tools, and phone apps that allow for the creation of 5-10 pieces a week ● Stay current on platform trends and emerging creators to ensure our channel is up to speed ● Write engaging copy and captions that conforms with platform best practices and aligns with the tone of voice of the franchise. ● Plan weekly content calendars and schedule content for publishing in collaboration with a colleague ● Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone across platforms. ● Foster a sense of community among the franchise's audience through active engagement and conversation ● Monitor online conversations and trends related to the franchise, adjusting strategies accordingly. Like the rest of the team, you’ll benefit from: ● Health insurance package ● Parental leave package ● 15 vacation days; rising 1 per year up to 20 days ● 11 public holidays ● Sick time, plus time off for birthdays, cultural/religious holidays, voting, and charity work. ● 401K facility ● Salary range: $60k-$70k per annum (depending on experience)

We want to tell stories to our customers and want you to help us do that. The structure of this role will be strongly influenced by personal interest and expertise. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE Our ideal candidate is a highly creative and effective storyteller, structured and curious. You love to create and execute and you’re meticulous at details. GET IN TOUCH If you think this is you, please apply with your CV and portfolio. Additionally, tell us about one story that you would tell about Aday, how you would shoot it, how long it would be, who it would feature and why.
