Position Overview: We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Digital Creative Producer who is passionate about entertainment and first-class creative. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on bringing creative visions to life, has exceptional organisational skills, and enjoys collaborating with creatives to deliver high-quality creative content for social media and digital use. You will oversee the whole production process for a variety of projects, managing briefing, scoping of jobs, edits, motion and static graphics, sound design, and final delivery. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standard. This position involves close collaboration with our global production and creative team, maintaining smooth workflows across multiple time zones and ensuring alignment throughout the production process. Responsibilities: - Lead the full production process for multiple projects, ensuring deliverables meet creative and technical standards. - Coordinate schedules, workflows, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. - Ensure all project files and final assets are organised and archived systematically. - Partner with creative, social, and account teams worldwide to align on project goals and deliverables. - Responsible for end-to-end production on projects working closely with creative design teams. - Budgeting, schedule planning and booking external resource, where needed. - Maintain consistent communication across time zones, providing regular updates on project progress and status. - Act as a client-facing representative, addressing feedback and ensuring their vision is realised in the final output. - Provide creative guidance throughout the production process to enhance storytelling and visual impact. - Anticipate potential challenges in the production process and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track. Technical Oversight: - Ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications for all platforms. - Stay up-to-date with the latest production software, tools, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. Experience and Skills Required: - Proven experience in digital creative production, ideally in branded content, social video, or digital media of at least 4+ years. - Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams and manage client expectations. - Familiarity with project management tools like Airtable. - A proactive and creative problem-solver with strong attention to detail. Role Description We are looking for a Senior Creator Marketing Executive to assist in developing and executing influencer campaigns, ensuring they are delivered against objectives and budget successfully and with a consistent high standard of excellence. Lead and execute small to medium size campaigns, collaborating with senior team members on high priority campaigns, working towards leading mid-size campaigns. What You'll Do - INFLUENCER MANAGEMENT - Manage and act as key lead on projects, executing with minimal supervision, proactively anticipating deadlines, client and internal deliverables as well as offering solutions-based thinking. - In collaboration with the campaign lead, take lead on developing interim and wrap reports for clients, with clear analytical thinking. - Lead ideation and brainstorm meetings for campaigns, ensuring clear direction and collation of ideas for client concepting. - Begin to understand and apply intermediate strategic thinking to client proposals and ideation to help achieve best in class deliverables. - Develop influencer target lists for campaign lead and client review, ensuring high-level vetting and intermediate strategic approach to meet client goals. - Delegation to direct report and/or other team members, with clear instruction and oversight of execution and deliverables. - Consistent communication at every stage regarding status to all internal and external stakeholders. - Use of social insights tools to enhance client success (where appropriate). - Begin to build relationships with high level influencer agency contacts to deliver successful campaign results. - Escalation of all issues encountered to Lead or Managers. - Representative at on-location events (screenings, premieres, launches) when required. - Begin to understand Contract redlines, and escalating issues with Creators/reps/agencies to Senior campaign lead. - CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS - Build and grow client relationships; acts as mid-level representative in existing client meetings. - Assist team with organization of relationship-building events. - Begin to execute campaign implementation; ensure that objectives are met (and where possible, exceeded), benchmarks, targets and KPIs are reached and where possible exceeded. - Develop and maintain relationships with clients and creators. - Attend internal and external client meetings as intermediate lead. - Begin to understand and participate in new business pitches, credential presentations or new client chemistry meetings; provide expertise and input to Influencer strategic approach. - TEAM RELATIONSHIPS - Support the rest of the team in helping ensure an empowering, and respectful environment. - Work with coordinators and executives to prioritize and delegate work while offering guidance, direction, and support. - Assist in training new coordinators. - FINANCE - Assist client lead with tracking and processing of campaign budgets, escalating any issues to Senior and Accounts team. - Be proactive in negotiating better rates with creators when outreaching and creator agencies. - INTERNAL / OTHER - Lead on actively adding new creator agencies and updated rosters to the Master Creator Database. - Foster close collaboration, knowledge and skills-based-sharing within the Global Creator Team. - Actively engage helping to keep the department up to date with the latest trends, innovation, and best practices. - Responsible for clear written communication and begin collaborating with other team members on campaign case study examples for client credentials. - Deliver against key competencies and agreed S.M.A.R.T. objectives. About The Job We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Creative Editor with entertainment marketing experience who knows how to craft truly thumb-stopping work on social. From fast-paced, platform-native TikToks to highly polished hero assets with elevated motion design, you instinctively know how to hook an audience and keep them watching. If you live at the intersection of storytelling and fandom, we would love to hear from you! Diving deeper in the role, we’re looking for someone who comes from a creative agency background, with hands-on experience editing best-in-class content. It’s important that this new teammate is fluent in Adobe Premiere and can confidently jump into After Effects when needed, but most importantly, you’re a compelling storyteller who can elevate a piece with motion, not the other way around. This is a remote position and will require strong self-management, clear communication, and a proactive mindset. We are a globally remote, highly ambitious team, who bring their passion to work every day. Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and driven Social Creative to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who understands the social landscape, a hands-on content creator, and a strategic planner who understands fandoms and knows how to engage and grow the audience. You’ll be working on first-class franchises with a team of the best strategists and creatives in the fandoms and franchise space. You’ll be given clear objectives and exciting creative challenges to solve through engaging and conversational social content, in particular short-form vertical video. You will not be asked to be on-camera (audience facing), as the content will be driven by the franchise’s key characters. It’s important that you’re highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere, and comfortable working with client-provided footage, turning around polished, platform-ready edits quickly. After Effects and light mograph skills are a strong plus, though not required. Experience working in an agency or fast-paced creative environment is ideal, but most importantly, we’re looking for someone who understands how to deliver high-impact social work at the speed of culture. While this role is fully remote within the U.S. and requires no in-person attendance, being based in or near Los Angeles is helpful for occasional collaboration.
