• Spearhead a strategic roadmap focused on acquiring and retaining high-value members and maximizing revenue potential • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and lead campaigns and initiatives that drive membership conversion • Translate user data into actionable content, UX, and marketing efforts that drive engagement, acquisition, and retention • Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize acquisition, retention, and engagement • Create scalable reporting for membership across data sources • Monitor performance, analyze key KPIs, and generate actionable insights

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years driving paid subscriber growth at a media organization
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into decision-making
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
