Director, Marketing Interlock Lead

• Own the interlock between sales and marketing orgs • Translate sales priorities into campaigns, account-based marketing programs, events, and collateral • Set marketing qualified lead (MQL) quality standards • Deliver clear, executive-ready readouts on impact and funnel health • Act as the primary liaison between Sales and Marketing • Align account-based marketing with account teams’ priorities • Establish regular cadence for updates on marketing priorities for Sales leadership
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, sales operations, or business development, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in defining and overseeing marketing strategies, campaigns, and sales plays aligned with strategic priorities
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales alignment
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a liaison between Sales and Marketing
- Excellent project management skills
- Analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and report on MQL impact
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively
