People Services Specialist, Recruiter
Ntiva
• Manage full-cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals for various departments • Become a trusted partner to hiring managers and People Team • Develop understanding of hiring needs through discussions and defining candidate profiles • Analyze recruitment data and trends to provide insights to hiring managers • Utilize multi-pronged sourcing approach to identify high-caliber candidates • Cultivate a robust pool of qualified candidates for future openings • Own the interview process: screen resumes, present qualified candidates, coordinate schedules • Guide top talent through the offer process • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data • Work collaboratively with People Team to ensure new hires feel welcome • Establish a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and talent acquisition trends • Assist with onboarding processes and other People related projects
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a mid-sized, corporate environment
- Experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g., infrastructure, cloud, networking, systems administration, cybersecurity)
- Tech-forward mindset with strong digital fluency and ability to effectively leverage AI tools
- Proven experience leveraging HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, resume databases)
- Ability to manage competing requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- High level of comfort navigating multiple systems simultaneously
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Ability to communicate professionally, in English, both written and orally
- Bonus points for Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field
