Move For Hunger, a national hunger-relief 501(c)3 organization, seeks a dynamic, self-starter interested in learning about non-profit administration, to assist with development, marketing, event planning, and relationship management efforts. This internship is an excellent opportunity to experience various aspects of non-profit administration while working for an exciting young award-winning hunger-relief organization. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties and responsibilities will vary from day to day, however, possibilities include the following: - Help plan and facilitate food drives and fundraisers, incorporating members and media promotion, as appropriate - Assist with recruitment efforts to expand the Move For Hunger network and assist with data entry in regards to member retention and engagement - Create, promote, and maintain fundraising campaigns - Research current trends within the hunger relief and food waste fields - Contribute to social media and web site content - Assist with events that may occur locally and help recruit volunteers - Assist with heavy high volume telephone and email communications with new and existing members TIME COMMITMENT: 2-3 days/week. Minimum 14 hrs/week.

Qualifications - 8+ years of experience guiding strategy and execution in a Technical L&D program or learning content management role. - Direct prior experience in a technical field (e.g., software engineering, data science, or related roles), enabling a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by technical learners. - Strong understanding of Technology and Engineering organizations and how they operate. - Experience building and curating technical content for an engineering or technical audience. - Experience with AI as an agent for developer productivity and knowledge of AI enablement for product development. - Expertise in instructional design and content design best practices. - Success building and implementing programs, processes, and operational plans. - Demonstrated ability to manage several programs and initiatives at once, executing against a broad roadmap. - Data-driven approach to evaluating and measuring learning experiences. - Produces clear, comprehensive, and well-structured documentation that enables knowledge sharing and operational excellence. - Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders and cross-functional partners. - Consultative and collaborative skills, comfort partnering with stakeholders, SMEs, senior leaders and external partners. - Excellent communication skills, with experience marketing and branding learning initiatives. - Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent presentation skills, with an ability to adapt content and conversations to meet the target audience. - Demonstrated ability to apply graphic and visual design principles to learning materials, crafting engaging, visually compelling content such as presentations, job aids, and digital resources. - Proficiency using presentation technologies, Google apps, and spreadsheets.
