Trucking Insurance Sales Agent, Punjabi Speaker
International Insurance Group, Inc.
• This is a remote position. • Make Good Things Happen for Other People • Follow our proven sales process to offer our existing and prospective bilingual customers the best individualized policy options from the insurance carriers IIG represents • Prospecting Calls, Qualify leads, Present Quotes, Close and Follow-up • Keep accurate information for all prospects and customers within the CRM database, adhering to company quality and compliance standards • Building relationships with clients and actively capitalizing on Referral Lead cultivation, to obtain new prospects • Follow up on quotations with customers which have been initiated online and converting these into sales over the telephone • Email management and follow-up with calls/ emails for the missing information and documentation • Use insurance carrier’s platform & technology timely and accurately
Job Requirements
- Must speak and write Punjabi fluently
- Comprehension of the English language is a must (written/verbal)
- Must pass background check
- Must pass the Property & Casualty insurance state licensing test and obtain license; must be US based and eligible to work in the US
- Sales Aptitude & Sales Skills (communication, persuasion, prospecting, outbound calling, networking, negotiation and closing skills)
- PC Skills including MS Office are required; having a technology-oriented attitude is a must
- Higher education is a plus
- Proactive team member, effective collaborator and proactive mindset is a must
- Ability to effectively organize tasks, manage time, being results-driven and capable of working to tight deadlines
