• Respond to incoming calls from Toyota customers that are interested in our Personal Lines insurance offerings. • Place outbound calls to Toyota customers that are interested in our Personal Lines insurance offerings. • Sell Personal Lines insurance products to Toyota customers. • Conduct thorough policy reviews based on the individual’s needs and appropriate risk management techniques. • Customize quotes and sell insurance products as requested by the Toyota customer.

• You will be responsible for prospecting new customers for home, auto, and other personal line products • Meeting with referral contacts to generate new business in our illustrious dealership • Assess client’s unique situations and recommend insurance plans that provide optimal protection • Leverage proven approach to ensure clients get the right coverage and experience exceptional service throughout the process • Actively connect with current and potential clients, fostering trust and loyalty through clear communication and follow-up • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless experience for everyone • Proactively seek out new opportunities through phone outreach, networking and other lead generation strategies
