• Assist our Senior Sales and Retention agents in their sales and retention process. • Help gather the information from the prospect customer using our communication system (phone, IM, and emails). • Fill in the info gathered in various Forms, Applications, Carrier sites to generate quotes. • Use insurance carrier’s platform & technology timely and accurately. • Make submissions to underwriters. • Email management and follow-up with calls and emails for missing information and documentation.
